Mark Donnan, M.A. Dip.M – Original Founder and CEO
Mark is a published author and speaker in the field of Digital Marketing, holding a Master’s Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree and Postgraduate Diplomas, from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Ulster University.
His first career specialized in Consumer Brand and Brand Strategic Marketing mixed with Sales, in including Senior Leadership roles at Mars and Pfizer. Mark has been involved in sales and marketing for global brands such as Haagen Dazs, Tropicana, Mars, Milky Way, Snickers, Cadbury, Viagra, Lipitor.
His Second career was as an Entrepreneur teaching consumers financial planning and budgeting skills. Experienced with investors, he built his own group of five companies, “MoneyVillage” which became a founding member of the Debt Managers Standards Association, a UK Government approved standards watchdog,.
His Third career began seven years ago, building a business marketing education and training company, “MBI” In this time, he has trained over 1,200 people, more than 170 separate companies, built several online Learning Management Systems, and guided over 42 Brands, His larger customers include Mars, Swarovski, Richard Branson, French’s Mustard, Philips Electronics, and Avis.
His inspiration remains the “lightbulb moments” from students and customers as they acquire new knowledge and skills that deliver tangible results. Mark’s 1995 Masters Thesis in Competency Acquisition was the inspiration for this core business model of Executive Boardroom, which represents the culmination of a life’s work.
Charlie Alsmiller, M.B.A. B.B.A – Founder and COO
Charlie is a proven international entrepreneur and thought leader. Expert in online business models, software as a service (SaaS), cloud and cutting edge sales/marketing techniques and global delivery models holding a BBA from Baylor University in Management and Information Systems and a MBA from the University of Dallas in International Business.
He held senior positions with Price Waterhouse, Deloitte Consulting and Allegro Development.
He is a veteran of multiple start-ups, including investor/VC backed startups and bootstrapped organizations. In 2008, he founded Appterra, Inc, which he built from scratch into one of the top business to business (B2B) integration firms in the world. Appterra was acquired by Descartes Systems Group (NASDAQ: DSGX) in 2016.
At Appterra, Charlie drove product strategy, migration to various cloud technologies and business development,worked closely with strategic accounts to guide them in their adoption of Appterra and other SaaS technologies.
His inspiration is to drive change to the way companies and entrepreneurs adopt and leverage technology to get the lasting performance he see as possible, immersed in a global community of change.
Amanda Dake, M.Ed. – Director of Education
Amanda is an accomplished consultant and speaker in the field of marketing automation, holding a Masters Degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Oklahoma State University, and is a Certified Clickfunnels Partner.
Widely Recognised and endorsed by her peers as an expert in Social Media, Social Media Marketing, and Social Networking, Amanda has been the owner and founder of her two businesses, Dake House Consulting and Communications, and Funnel Kitchen since 2011, teaching and guiding business owners and entrepreneurs in their marketing and business strategy.

Glen Ledwell is a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background of experience. Starting his first business at 17 years of age, he’s since launched and sold half a dozen successful businesses in a variety of industries. He owned and operated a property development company, a coffee franchise, a nightclub, an event company, as well as started the first ever ‘in-bathroom’ advertising entity in Australia.

Having qualified as both a Malaysian Barrister (1994) and an English solicitor, I worked with a number of large international law firms in England, USA, Malaysia and Singapore as well as some solid regional firms before founding Needle Partners in 2007. Having grown a succesful law firm with a strong international flavour the focus in 2018 is on expanding this as an anchor for a multi-disciplinary practice and business .
I was short-listed in 2016 by the Law Society as Woman Lawyer of the year . My personal specialties: include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, finance and banking and Islamic banking, finance and private equity (including Shariah based private equity), cross border transactions, franchising and technical advice on corporate litigation but most of all I apply strategic thinking and commercial experience to your problems and challenges to help resolve them.
